Over the years, the purpose of our Business Leadership Summit has been to address the changes the legal sector is experiencing and to help shape the future of legal services. Issues discussed included the digital transformation of law firms, the new age of business development and driving efficiency whilst relying on tech, to name but a few.
The way that firms operate has changed dramatically over the past few months with greater velocity than previous years have experienced. Whilst these progressive discussions shone light on the importance of these developments, the global pandemic shunted the legal sector into creating a workforce that operated on a digital landscape in its entirety… and these changes are here to stay.
We would have loved to be able to hold a physical event. Building communities and providing the private practice world with a platform to network and exchange ideas has always been at the core of what we do. But this isn’t currently possible.
We have decided against holding a physical event in the heart of London and have worked to transform our one-day flagship event into a series of webinars and virtual roundtables that will take place the last Tuesday of each month, starting from February and running until the end of the year. We are still committed to hosting high-level, quality debate, and our online discussions will bring together some of the most interesting thinkers and leaders in law.
Just like in 2020, we started this year with a focus on why being a purpose led firm matters now more than ever, and on the change needed for firms to be successful in the medium to long term. Our theme of Practicality, Prosperity and Purpose will continue to be reflected throughout the virtual series, as firms are re-evaluating the strategies they put in place at the start of the year.
Please join us in being a part of the journey that will shape the future of the legal sector as we embark upon this new decade of challenges and triumphs.
Hope to see you there!

Really useful, bang up to date and spot on with what’s important right now and for the future.
The Summit is an excellent environment in which to reflect on the current and imminent challenges for our sector, and to assess how those should be feeding into law firm strategy.
Good event to network, find out where the conversation is at, learn who is doing what and who is leading innovation.
Great networking and speakers. Good to see the issues of the day being debated.
Really useful, bang up to date and spot on with what’s important right now and for the future.
